Like the rest of the state authorities, from 2014 The National Bank complies with all provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On purification of power", exercising control over the prevention of participation in the management of persons who by their decisions, actions or inaction carried out measures (and/or facilitated their implementation) aimed at usurping the authorities by the former President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych, undermining the foundations of national security and defense of Ukraine or unlawful violation of rights and freedoms.

The policy of the National Bank of Ukraine on preventing and combating corruption based on the rule of law, the integrity of the public service, the formation of "zero tolerance" for any corruption, inevitability of punishment for corruption, transparency and open activity.

The National Bank cooperates with persons who report on possible facts of the commission of employees of the National Bank of corruption or corruption-related offenses, and other violations of the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption".
