Main Functions:
- organizing logistical and technical maintenance support for the NBU;
- ensuring proper and safe work conditions for NBU employees, in line with the measures on occupational health and safety, fire safety, and environment protection in the NBU;
- supporting the continuous functioning and maintaining the operational condition of the engineering infrastructure of NBU premises and facilities, analyzing the feasibility of capital investment into the design, new construction, reconstruction, technical upgrading, and restoration of the NBU’s own premises;
- monitoring real estate property, executing the documents confirming property rights to the NBU’s real estate items;
- ensuring registration of the NBU as a legal person in the Unified State Register of Legal Persons, Sole Entrepreneurs, and Civic Organizations;
- ensuring registration of the NBU’s property rights to real estate items in the State Register of Property Rights to Immovable Property;
- organizing document management in the NBU;
- ensuring the operation of the NBU Sectoral State Archive, storing the NBU’s and banks’ archive documents in it, and setting the rules for accepting banks’ archive documents for storage.
