Main Functions:
- setting the main rules and principles for personnel management and development of human capital at the NBU in line with the NBU’s strategy;
- meeting the NBU’s needs in qualified personnel by ensuring timely high quality recruitment, placement, and professional training of the NBU personnel, as well as HR management;
- ensuring the proper level of employee motivation by developing cutting-edge and effective systems of material and other incentives;
- ensuring effective HR management and achievement by employees of the NBU’s strategic goals by developing procedures for planning and performance evaluation based on the model of key performance indicators and competencies;
- development of the NBU’s organizational structure and drafting structure improvement proposals;
- drafting the staffing plan, planning and analyzing personnel costs, accounting and monitoring NBU staff numbers;
- organizing and maintaining personal military records of the NBU employees;
- ensuring leadership development in the NBU by drafting and implementing respective programs, the NBU's brand as an employer, and the NBU's corporate culture;
- implementing a set of measures at the NBU to support war veterans.
