First Deputy Governor of the National Bank of Ukraine since 15 June 2018.
Deputy Governor of the National Bank of Ukraine since 25 October 2016. Before that, she had been the Acting Deputy Governor of the National Bank of Ukraine from 18 January 2016.
Kateryna Rozhkova is in charge of maintaining financial stability.
Kateryna Rozhkova has been working in Ukraine’s banking system since 1998, occupying managerial positions for 12 years: she was deputy chair of the board, board member, and advisor to the chair of the board of ErsteBank PJSC; deputy chair of the board at Finbank PJSC; and acting chair of the board at Platinum Bank PJSC. In 2009, Ms Rozhkova worked as the director of the NBU’s Off-Site Supervision Department during six months. Between 10 June 2015 and 18 January 2016, she held the position of the director of the Banking Supervision Department of the National Bank of Ukraine.
Kateryna Rozhkova graduated from Kyiv National Economic University, where she majored in Finance and Bank Management, and obtained an MBA at the International Institute of Management (MIM-Kyiv), majoring in International Business.
Kateryna Rozhkova was born in 1972. Lives in Kyiv, has a daughter and a son.
