The event will be held in English.
We invite papers on a broad range of topics related to these themes, including, but not limited to:

- the role of central banks in addressing global economic fragmentation
- the impact of financial and economic integration on macroeconomic stability and growth
- the implications of geopolitical fragmentation for economic security and growth
- the role of economic and financial integration in monetary policy transmission
- foreign exchange markets, capital movements, and monetary policy independence
- the effects of offshoring, reshoring, and supply chain disruptions
- the intersection of digitalization, trends in sustainable practices, and labor mobility with financial and economic integration.
The keynote addresses will be delivered by Christine Lagarde, President of the European Central Bank (online), and Kenneth Rogoff, Professor of Economics and Maurits C. Boas Chair of International Economics at Harvard University.
The conference will span two days. The first day will focus on in-depth policy discussions at the ARC 2025 venue in Kyiv, providing an opportunity for interactive dialogue between researchers, policymakers, and leaders from the financial and economic institutions. On the second day, research presentations will take place in a hybrid format, with speakers participating either in person or virtually.
